Our free Comfort Troubleshooter suggests general, homeowner-safe checks (thermostat settings, air filters, breakers, and similar) for common HVAC symptoms. It is provided for convenience only and is not professional diagnosis or repair advice for your specific equipment. Never open equipment panels, work on wiring, refrigerant, or gas components, or continue running equipment that smells of burning or gas. Leave the building and contact your gas company or emergency services for any gas odor. Reset a tripped breaker no more than once; a breaker that trips repeatedly needs professional attention. Advanced Climate Control is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from actions taken beyond the tool's stated steps.
