Advanced Climate Control ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains in plain language what information is collected when you visit our site, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect almost nothing.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. Our website has no user accounts and no contact forms, so it does not collect names, addresses, or payment information. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, phone number, and address) and use it only to respond to you, schedule service, and do the work you hired us for.
Information collected automatically. We do not use analytics services on this site. Our web host automatically keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes, as virtually all websites do. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Our free Comfort Troubleshooter. The troubleshooter tool runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner here. There's nothing to consent to.
Third-Party Services
To display properly, our site loads a small number of resources from third-party services: fonts from Google Fonts, icons from the Cloudflare CDN (Font Awesome), placeholder photography from the Unsplash image CDN, and a local weather reading from the Open-Meteo public weather API. When your browser requests these resources, those services receive your IP address as part of the standard web request, subject to their own privacy policies:

None of these services are used by us to track you, and we receive no personal data from them.

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, provide the HVAC services you request, and keep our website secure and working. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Contact information you share with us by phone, text, or email is kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
Since our website collects essentially nothing about you, there is little to opt out of. If you have shared contact information with us directly and would like it corrected or deleted, just ask: call or email us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
